What is your return policy?
When you shop at mikkelnielsen.com you always have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the product. Unfortunately you can not change your product. If you want to change to another item, you must place a new order. If you want to make a return, contact us at mikkelnielsen@email.com to get your return label. The customer is responsible for the return fee. 

Notice of defects
According to Danish law, consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to two years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.

M. NIELSEN reserves the right to, first and foremost, remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redelivery the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund. For questions about returns, please contact our customer service at mikkelnielsen@email.com. Please note that M. NIELSEN is not responsible for the return shipping costs.

DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Each lamp is carefully manufactured, assembled and packed in our office in Copenhagen. We do our best to handle your order as soon as possible. The delivery time is estimated for each product.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? We accept online payment with the following credit cards; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and MobilePay. We also accept payments via a bank/wire transfer, please get in contact for more details.

OTHER QUESTIONS

Can I use smart bulbs in CLASSIC‘24 lamp? Yes you can! Most of the Philips Hue lamps with E27 base work.

What type of light source fit?
CLASSIC‘24 lamp should only be used with dimmable LED light sources with E27 base.

When you buy a CLASSIC‘24 lamp, a dimmable LED lamp made of glass (7w 2200k 720lm warm white light) is included.
